Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System for Snowmobile Trailer 2,990 GVWR
Question:
I have a 2 place snowmobile trailer GVWR of 2990lbs..uses 2 -175/80 13 D tires which system would I require? prefer the unit that comes with the hub and 5 lug..no brake system is on this trailer

Expert Reply:
Since your trailer has almost a 3,000 lb GVWR you'd want a Timbren kit that has the 3,500 lb axle capacity like the part # A35RD545 which has the 5 lug bolt pattern and also has a 4 inch drop which a lot of the snowmobile trailers do well with since a lot of them are lowboy trailers. Or we have the straight axle if you didn't want the drop with the part # A35RS545.
