Will A Thule Glide And Set On My 2018 Dodge Durango With A Shark Fin Antenna

Question:

I just ordered this rack to use with my Thule glide and set kayak rack. I load the kayak from the rear by flipping it up on the back edge of the vehicle and sliding it onto the rack. I’m concerned about clearing the fin shaped antenna which looks to be about 3 1/2 or 4 inches tall. Will the rhino crosses pieces plus the Thule rack height allow the boat to clear the antenna? I only use this for short local transport. Thank you!

You will not have to worry about the shark fin antenna on your 2018 Dodge Durango. The Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black, part # RR35SR, will add enough height to be taller than your antenna. You will not have to worry about positioning your Thule Glide and Set on your vehicle.
