The spare tire rack mounted bike rack that will fit your 2003 Honda CR-V is the Thule Spare Me 2 # TH963PRO.

When installing the Spare Me 2 on your vehicle, because the spare tire is more on the right (passenger) side of the vehicle, you will need to adjust the mounting bracket more to the left (drivers) side. When you load your bike you will want to center them in the center of the vehicle and not necessarily the center of the rack.

If you plan on carrying either womens or alternative bike frame, I recommend the Thule Adapter Bar # TH982XT which will give you more ground clearance and carry your bike level.

The Hollywood SR2 Bike Rack # HRSR2 that you originally referenced will not fit your 2003 Honda CR-V, it is designed for model years from 2008 to 2013.
