Available Adapter for 5th Wheel Hitch to OEM Prep Package in 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500
Question:
I have an older Reese 5th wheel hitch and got a new 2022 Silverado 2500 with factory pucks. Is there an adapter that I can use to keep using this hitch?

As long as your 5th wheel hitch fits into industry standard base rails, then you'll want to use the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 21K # DM6333. This base rail adapter drops into the factory pucks on your 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 and will give you a set of industry standard rails to mount a 5th wheel hitch in.
If you aren't sure, you'll want to measure to confirm the mounting tabs are either 20-1/2 inches or 29 inches apart, center to center measured side to side. I've also linked a photo that illustrates these measurements that you might find helpful.
