On bxw 1275-2 point 7 hole Blue Ox hitch can the shank be used in both positions pointing up or pointing down? Thanks

Yes, the shank on the Blue Ox 2-Point Weight Distribution System part # BLU75FR can be flipped. If installed in the rise position it will provide up to 10.32" and 2.44" if in the drop position.
