Travel Trailer Cover That Can Cover A Trailer That Is 16 Feet Long And 99 Inches Wide
Question:
I have an old 16foot travel trailer 1968 Kit Companioan with really sharp corners on the back, so I created a PVC structure that sits on top of the roof to round the corners. This adds to the width a little bit, so my trailer is now 99inch wide instead of 91. I bought a bumper pull horse trailer cover Adco 46004, but it just is too narrow even though it says its 106inch wide. Im curious where the width is measured from? I ended up with water pooling on the roof because some of side material was spread over the roof area because the top layer was too narrow and didnt fully cover the top. What cover would you recommend for a 16foot x 99inch travel trailer? Are there any where the waterproof top layer extends down the sides a bit more...that way if roof vents extend upwards causing the material not to lay flat, enough of that top waterproof layer is still fully covering the roof? I would also like the cover to have a side door access. Hopefully that makes sense. Please let me know if I can clarify anything. Thanks!

To find the width you need, you'll want to measure across the front of your trailer and include anything you want covered.
Since you mentioned you've added width to your trailer with your PVC piping putting your overall width at 99", you'll want to use the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Travel Trailer - Up to 18' # 290-52239 which will cover trailers that are 15'1" to 18' long, 99" wide, and 90" tall. You'll want to double check your measurements to ensure that these measurements work for your trailer.
If you need the next size up, the Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover for Toy Hauler Travel Trailer # 290-52271 will cover trailers up to 20' long, 106" wide, and 120" tall; this cover is also able to roll up for side door access.
