I can certainly help you locate the most low-profile cargo boxes that we have available but unfortunately I don't have information on exactly how tall your 2021 Honda CR-V is with your roof rack attached; I'm guessing it's somewhere in the 70-72" tall ballpark, but you will want to take your own measurements to confirm. I will say that the Thule Motion XT # TH629706 is 17" tall and it's unlikely that you'll have enough space to install this box and still leave it on while trying to get into the garage.
