original dome light is bargman 30 - 75 with 2 -921 lamps how many lumens does it give with 3 bulbs ?

There is no specific number of lumens for a 921 bulb, but they are generally between 200-220 lumens each when new. The Bargman RV Double Dome Light with Dual Switches that you linked to, # 30-76-243, has two 921 incandescent bulbs that operate on independent switches. So you can have one or the other on as well both at the same time.
