Air Lift Air Bags Compatible With 5TH Wheel Rails and Brackets Installed on a 2018 Ford F-150 4X4

I have a 2018 F-150 4x4 King Ranch with 5th wheel mounted in the bed with 1 piece bracket mounted on the side of my frame for the 5th wheel mount, will the brackets for the air bags work with that system?

Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88385 will work with your 5th wheel rails you have installed on your 2018 Ford F-150. The upper brackets for these springs mount to the bottom of the frame rail and the U-bolts will fit around the 5th wheel mount bracket.
