Expert Reply:
Typically axles with a 3 inch diameter have a range of weight capacity ranging from 5,200 to 7,200 pounds. This is the weight capacity of each axle. Therefore, you camper trailer axles could have a combined weight capacity ranging from 10,400 to 14,400 pounds.
Please keep in mind that this is an approximate weight axle range and your specific trailer axles may be different, especially considering the age of your trailer.
