Ground Clearance Concerns with Swagman Traveler XC2 Bike Rack

How much clearance do you need from the bottom of the rack to the ground

When being used on a camper, it is not that there is a minimum ground clearance required, it is that your bumper is structurally sufficient and that you are aware of steep angles for entering/exiting driveways and ramps when transitioning on the roadway with the Swagman Traveler XC2 Bike Rack, # S64663. This will set on top of the bumper, but since it extends outward from the bumper, the angle of approach is important. This extends out 10-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to edge of the upright arm. If you currently have little issue with ground clearance on your campers bumper, there will likely be little issue with using the Swagman, # S64663.
