I went ahead and had a teammate pull the Replacement Never-Go-Flat wheels for Malone ClipperTRX Deluxe and XpressTRX Kayak Cart # MAL94ZR, and he confirmed that they will fit an axle with the maximum diameter of 22 millimeters.
