It sounds like you are trying to find what hitch height you need to set the 5th wheel hitch in your 2016 Ford F-250 to tow your 2016 Jayco Eagle 339FLQS.

If that is the case then the only way to find this out will be my leveling your trailer and measuring from the ground to the king pin, and then from the ground to the bottom of the bed on your 2016 Ford F-250.

The difference in these two measurements will be the ideal hitch height, but after setting the hitch to this height you will need to measure from the top of the bed rail to the bottom of your trailer overhang. It is recommended to have 5" - 6" clearance here as shown in the included diagram.

Since your truck has a 6-3/4' bed you will also need to have rotating pin box on the trailer and use a fixed fifth wheel hitch such as the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3300 with a wedge # SWW-06, or if you have a non-rotating pin box you should go with a sliding 5th wheel hitch like the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3370.

These hitches have an adjustable height of around 16-3/4"-17" to a max of 18-3/4"-19".

If you can measure your truck and trailer following the included diagram, and can tell me exactly which 5th wheel hitch you have I would be happy to give a more precise answer.

I included videos of the products mentioned along with a link to a help article that goes over measuring the hitch height for you to take a look at.
