The American Flag Hitch Cover # AUT-FLAG-C you were looking at is designed for a 2" trailer hitch receiver and you would need a 5/8" hitch pin and clip such as the # PC3, or a locking hitch pin such as the etrailer trailer hitch receiver lock # e98880.
