As the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs # RP30156 is designed to fit into a 2011 to current F-250, it will not be correct for your 2002. With that being said, the 2002 model year of F-250 did not include a factory installed prep-package, so there will not be an adaptor like this available.

However, this does not mean there isn't an adaptor available for you, but I will need a little more info to make sure it will work with your truck. From the sounds of it, you already have a gooseneck hitch installed and there are quite a few that will adapt it to be able to attach a fifth wheel hitch.

Something like the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs # C16210 will lock into Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store gooseneck hitches, so even this style will be specific to each gooseneck hitch and cannot be used with sliding 5th wheel hitches or rotating pin boxes.

The Andersen Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter # AM3100, or # AM3139 for a short bed, will be rated up to 24,000 pounds and will attach directly to the king pin on the trailer and then lock onto a gooseneck ball.
