Will the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes Clear Hatch with Bikes On

Question:

Does anyone know if the Hollywood Bike Rack Sport Rider for Electric Bikes SKU: HR1500 will fit properly with this hitch with enough standoff: 1 to place the bikes on the rack with out hitting the vehicle, and 2 to be able to open the gate when the rack is folded out?

In regards to the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # HLY84FR, the distance from the face of the hitch to the closest part of the rack while folded down is 7-1/2". This is enough clearance for pretty much any vehicle/hitch combo. In regards to clearance with the hatch while folded down and bikes attached, this will vary by bike so it's not possible for us to inform or test due to the huge amount of options. I will say that most allow the hatch to open with the rack titled down and bikes on but the only way to confirm for your setup is to test.
