Could Thule HideAway Roll Out Awning # TH620001 Mount at Rear of Toy Hauler
Question:
How would this work on the back a toy hauler? Would it handle the wind driving down road? Does it have a waterproof mount. Wanted over ramp!

The Thule HideAway Roll Out Awning # TH620001 that you referenced was designed to be mounted to the roof of an RV which would be similar to the rear of a toy hauler so it would easily work for you. Wind would not be an issue. To waterproof where it mounts to your RV would require you to seal up the holes drilled with a caulk or sealant.
