Absolutely. The Demco # DM8552028-71 bracket/rail kit provides industry standard 5th wheel bed rails. Since the B&W # BWRVK3270 Patriot Sliding 5th wheel hitch is also compatible with industry standard bed rails, everything will work together perfectly.
If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector cable up over the tailgate, you can do so using part # C57008.
