Yes, the Aries Round Nerf Bars - 3" Diameter - Polished Stainless Steel AA89MB will be able to line up to your frame and install into the frame holes of your 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Our install team here at etrailer have tested the fit. I went ahead and attached a photo from the instruction manual that talks about aligning the brackets to the frame holes (Step 1).
