The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches, part # HLY74FR, is a great choice. It can carry bikes up to 80 lbs. Your 5" tires will not be a problem either. It comes with an anti-rattle hitch pin to reduce movement between the hitch receiver and the bike rack. The tilt down mast works with bikes on the rack and when it is empty, so you will always have access to the rear of your RV. You can lock the rack to your RV and your bikes to the rack. The rack is also fender friendly since you secure the bike to the rack by the wheels and the ratcheting hooks on the top tube. If your bike does not have a top tube you can use the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Electric, Step Through, and Cruiser Bikes, part # S57FR, to create an artificial top tube for the ratcheting hooks to secure the bike with.
