2017 Subaru Forester 2017 I see these cross bars are rated for 165 pounds. Is the dynamic rating or static rating? Im look to potentially buy a roof top tent. I know the Forester has a roof capacity of 700 lbs. Would this system be sufficient for this kind of set up.
