Does etrailer Generator # 333-0003 Have Floating or Bonded Neutral

Does this gennerator have a floating neutral. Can I use the plug to connect the neutral and the ground on this unit

The etrailer.com generator # 333-0003 has a bonded neutral on all of the outlets which means you do not have to use a grounding rod when using the generator. The outlets are not GFCI though. There is no reset or test button on the outlet.
