What is Purpose of Amp/Remote Wire on Jensen RV Stereo
Question:
the blue wire says amp/remote 12v,but has heat shrink over the end of the wire,is it supposed to be connected to poiwer,or just left alone?

The amp/remote wire of stereos like the part # JWM60A would be for if you had a separate amp you needed to run a keyed power source to. This provides the amp that circuit instead of having to find one on the vehicle. If you don't have an amp to power you could leave it taped up.
