I can point you in the right direction for how to determine the correct replacement hubs and brakes for your 1967 trailer, though it will require a bit of precise measuring. Since you already know you have a 3,500 lb axle, the next step is to determine what bearings your current hub has. To do this, you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.
If you are unable to find them, you need to use digital caliper and measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
Additionally, you need to know your hub's wheel bolt pattern; you mentioned 5-bolt so it is likely 5 on 4-1/2" but you do want to be sure as it might be different. If you do not know what it is specifically I have added a help article which details how you can find it, as well as a printable bolt hole template you can use.
The brakes will simply fit inside the hub, and I'll give you an example. Let's say you measured and found that your spindle used an inner bearing with a 1.378" inner diameter, an outer bearing with a 1.063" inner diameter, grease seal with a 1.719" inner diameter, and had a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. For that you'd need the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKHD-545-35-K.
Since it is a 10" drum you could use Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # 23-468-469.
I have added a link below to our entire selection of hub and drums, as well as 3,500 lb brake assemblies, or if you let me know the measurements you get I can try and find the right parts for you.
