do they make a plug and play wireing harnes that plugs into elect. center for towing 2001 silverdo. thanls

For your 2001 Chevy Silverado there isn't a plug and play style of tow bar wiring available so your best option would be a diode kit like the part # RM-15247 which wires into the taillight wiring of your truck and allows the tow vehicle to control the truck's taillights.
