Does Superwinch LT3000 Have to Have Remote Wired for Rockerswitch to Work
Question:
So Ive hooked up the wench on at ATV and Im getting power where I spliced into the ignition switch for the ATV...yet the wench does not work. I only hooked up the handlebar rocker switch but not the handheld remote. The wiring diagram appears to assume you are using both not sure why youd need both, but is it not possible to hook this up with just the rocker switch? Do I have to use both?

You wouldn't have to have the handheld remote necessarily plugged in for it to work but the socket it attaches to does need to be wired up for the Superwinch # SW1130220 that you referenced to work. I attached a wiring diagram for it.
