The Timbren Axle-Less 5200lb Suspension # TASR5200S05 you were looking at will have a stiffer ride than the same trailer with the 3500lb HD kit, the # TASR35HDS07. Both kits have the same 2" lift and use the same hub and drums, the # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K, with the main difference being the built in progressive rate AEON main spring.
If you are loading the trailer close to 3500lbs I don't think the ride quality change will be glaringly obvious, but if the trailer is very light it will be pretty stiff and have a tendency to bounce.
I included a video of the Timbren kits for you to take a look at.
