I recommend using the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # 90195, which will give you proportional braking for your Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel. I really like the Prodigy P3 since it gives you up to 5 stored trailer settings, which is handy if you tow more than one trailer with brakes; it also has 3 different boost levels to allow you to adjust initial braking power, so it's fully customizable to match a variety of trailers.
