Kuat Platform Bike Rack that Can Fit 2 inch and 1-1/4 inch Hitch Size
Question:
I have a 2 inch Kuat Sherpa bike rack which has worked well with my vehicle that has a 2 inch hitch receiver. I recently purchased a new vehicle and the dealer will only install a 1 1/4 inch hitch receiver on it. Is there an adapter I can buy to enable me to install my two inch bike rack on the 1/14 inch hitch receiver?

The Kuat Sherpa bike racks like the # SH22G are only designed to fit one hitch size. For example this one can only fit a 2 inch hitch size and the part # SH12G can only fit the 1-1/4 inch hitch size and there isn't an adapter made for these racks.
So you could go with a new Sherpa or if you wanted something more versatile the Transfer part # KU74FR that you referenced fits both hitch sizes.
