Replacement Leaf Spring for Boat Trailer with 4k Axles

Question:

Hi , Im rebuilding a 28 foot tandem axle boat trailer, I need to replace the shackles and springs for a 4000 pound boat . The hangers and equalizer are still good shape. The distance front hanger 2 inch and the center hanger 3 1/2 is 29 1/2 inches center to center and to the rear hanger is also 29 1/2 inches center to center. The equalizer is 7 3/4 inches center to center with 2 3/4 inches . The current springs are 2 inches wide and of various lengths 3 leaf and 4 leaf . What length springs and leafs,size would work to carry a 4000 pound boat ? Thanks Ps. This is a great website, I read several of the comments but couldnt find one to match my scenario

You didn't list the length of your current leaf springs but based on the other dimensions you listed and your axle capacity our best option would be the leaf spring part # e34SR which is for a 6k axle and is 25-1/4 inches long. This will need to match what you have now in length.
