To ensure that you do have the correct lug pattern for your 1974 Apache Mesa Pop-up Camper you will need to measure the pattern on your wheels.

As you do have a 5-lug wheel there are a few ways to measure your wheels but I recommend using the lug to lug method as the hub will be in the way when mounted on your Apache. You are going to measure the distance from center of lug to center of lug as seen in the picture of 2 studs next to each other.

If the distance is:
2-5/8" - bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2
2-3/4" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-3/4
3" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 5
3-1/4" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 5-1/2

The most common size for your 10" wheel is the 5 on 4-1/2" lug pattern. This can be found on the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel # AM3H430. This wheel and tire combo can carry up to 1,320lbs per tire. If your Apache uses a different tire and wheel size please let me know and I can help you find the correct combination.
