Bumper Mount Bike Rack Recommendation for a Rockport Mini Lite Travel Trailer

Question:

I have a rockport mini lite and need a bike rack for two bikes like the one advertised to attach to the bumper, however, to fit around the spare tire it must be at least 29inch wide and come out 17inch or 18inches to clear the tire. Do you have a model that will work. I cant put a ladder on this camper or screw into the back they tell me.

The best option for you, provided that you have a 4 to 4-1/2 inch continuous welded steel bumper would be the RV bumper 2 bike rack # S80605. This rack can be position to go around the spare tire and it extends 19 inches out from the bumper. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you.

The around the spare bike rack # S80501 does not come our far enough at 12 inches to clear the spare so it would not work for you.

Be sure that your bumper is rated for the weight of the rack and bikes before using a bumper mount rack.
