If you have purchased the Westin Ultimate Bull Bar # 32-1390 it should come with the hardware. If you need the replacement hardware kit, here it is # 32-139PK. I got this Bull Bar for my uncle and he immediately bought this license plate bracket # 32-0055 because he was tired of looking at the zip ties holding his license plate to the grill.
