Does Using Grease in Weight Distribution System Affect Effectiveness of Sway Control

Question:

I have read that grease can reduce the performance of the sway bars, what is your recommendation on whether or not to use grease on the trunnion bars? Thanks

Weight distribution systems that advertise as having friction sway control built into the heads and spring bars of the system should not be lubricated at those points as the grease effectively removes the sway control. The dual cam setups like the Strait Line part # RP66074 that you referenced do not use friction as a way to control sway greasing them would not reduce the effectiveness.
