Does The Thule Outway Platform Fit A 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback?

Question:

The Thule website said the Outway Platform 2inch fits Mazda 6, but not Mazda 3. My car is Mazda 3 Hatchback. Mazda 3 and 6 Hatchback is very slimier. I believe Outway Platform 2 fits my Mazda 3 hatchback also. Dont you think Thule forgot to add Mazda 3 on the list or Mazda 3 is too small, too light weight car for Outway Platform 2?????????

The reason why they do not say that the Thule Outway # TH65JV fits your 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback is because of the rear spoiler you have. They do not suggest using it on plastic fenders because of the potential damage that could occur. If you think it fits and are willing to take the risk of the straps putting too much pressure on your fender then you could continue to use it. Just know that there are risks.
