Can Curt 4 Pole to 7 Pole Adapter C57674 Be Installed On A 2005 Honda Pilot?

The Curt Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole # C57674 you were looking at is a universal part that plugs into a 4-way connector so you will still need to install a 4-way connector # 118336 on your 2005 Honda Pilot.
If you are just needing the lighting functions of the 7-way then this would be a perfect option, but if you need the brake output and 12v power circuit for your trailer then you would be better off with the # ETBC7 as it includes the wiring and circuit breakers required for the install.
To make the connector fully functional you will need to run the black wire to the positive terminal of your battery with the included 40 amp circuit breaker, ground the white wire to the frame of your vehicle, and extend the blue wire underneath the dash where a trailer brake controller will be installed.
