I would be happy to help, but unfortunately I have no way of determining which size propane line is installed on your 2020 Cherokee Wolf Pup 16FQ.
The MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail # 100833-36 you were looking at uses a 1/4" male inverted flare to connect to the trailer, so you will need to verify that your trailer has a 1/4" female inverted flare fitting.
Using the above hose will give you a Type 1 cylinder connection to connect a standard propane tank to.
If you find your trailer uses a different connector please let me know.
