Can Custer Wireless LED Tow Bar Light Operate When Charging
Question:
You can see my issue: on long drive days, the 6-8 hour battery life would not be enough. I have two ideas/questions to address this. If I protected connection from weather somehow, could I run a charge line from a 12v outlet inside my vehicle? Like through a window gap, with an extended length plug cord? This would only possibly work IF the light can be used while charging. Also, what about getting a 2nd battery to charge on some separate charging device, so one charges while the other is in use...then exchange gets as necessary?? Thanks.

The Custer Wireless LED Tow Bar Light # LIW-LDTL-7B that you referenced can be used when charging. We don't have a way to source replacement batteries for it.
