Recommend what shank should I pair with the hitch, vehicle-2021 ram 3500 drw diesel 40’ 1100# tw travel trailer

Your 2021 Ram 3500 would have a 2-1/2 inch hitch installed on it so for a shank you'd need to go with the shank that fits this hitch size like the # EQ90-02-4900 with the part # RP66130 which is also rated for more weight than needed as well.
