Is There a Way to Add Second Tier to Yakima Rack and Roll Trailers

Question:

I have an earlier rack and roll trailer. I would like to increase carrying capacity by installing risers/posts in order to create a two tier trailer on the existing trailer. I desire to keep the overall length of trailered loads to a minimum by moving kayaks/canoes forward and positioned over therear portion roof of my station wagon. are there compatible parts for this?

Yakima does have a two tiered trailer with the EasyRider Double Decker Trailer part # Y08129 but they don't have a way to add a second tier to the Rack and Roll trailers.
