Question:

I have the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumper. When I put them on it was stock height. Now I need to raise the back 1.5 in. Do I need to change the brackets for the air bags? 2014 ram 2500 6.4L

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88289 for your 2014 Ram 2500 can add a lift spacer to accommodate for the lift in your suspension. You will not need to change your brackets.

The Air lift Universal Spacers are only available in a 2", 4", or 6" spacer. Since your lift is 1.5" you will need to verify that using the 2" spacer will not compress to far and pinch the air bag causing damage to the bag. The best way to do this is by measuring the height from base plate to plate on your current bags. Your current bags should be stamped with a 5813 meaning that they have a 6" design height. This is the height that you should have between your brackets with a good stock suspension. With your suspension having the lift you are going to want this new height to be very close to 8" with the truck empty and at ride height. If you have anything different please let me know.
