Availability of Hitch and Bike Rack Carrier for Hitch

Question:

I am wanting a system that can carry a two bike rack and a cargo carrier for extra items. Such as grill, small generator, water bottles. Etc

For a cargo carrier and bike rack combo we have the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider part # HR1450Z-85 which is a platform bike rack with carrier that attaches behind it. Both parts of this rack could be used independently as well.
