I have a solution for you, but the Blue Ox # BLU77FR system you were looking at won't be the best fit for your trailer. The best way to select a weight distribution hitch for your trailer is by choosing one where your trailer's tongue weight falls towards the middle of the prescribed range. There is not currently a Blue Ox weight distribution hitch that would be a good fit with your trailer's tongue weight.
Since your trailer will should have a tongue weight of slightly more than the 738-lbs of tongue weight dry, I recommend using the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Round - 2-5/16" Hitch Ball - 10K GTW # FA94-00-1061. The Fastway e2 # FA94-00-1061 has a range of 600-lbs to 1000-lbs, so it's well rated for your trailer and this system uses friction to provide sway control for your trailer, which will help with sway caused by passing tractor trailers or wind.
I've linked a short review video of this system for you to check out.
