The Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 47" Long x 35" Wide - 165 lbs # RMCB is designed to fit on crossbars with a maximum size of 3-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" tall, so you'll want to confirm that the roof rack crossbars on your 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk are no larger than that. The good news is that these are designed to fit on most crossbars, so it's likely that these should fit but I do recommend measuring to confirm.
If you don't already have factory roof rack crossbars on your Trailhawk and can let me know if you've got raised side rails or a naked roof, I'm happy to help you find a roof rack that will work on your Cherokee and also with this cargo basket.
