Which Rooftop Cargo Box Will Fit The Factory Roof Rack On 2017 Mazda CX-5?

Hello, I have a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand touring. I havent bought the factory cross bars yet and cant find any information online if the wedge would be a good fit, able to open the rear hatch without difficulty etc. with the factory bars. I also cant find any info on the factory Mazda bar spread length and height added from the roof of the car. Thank you so much for any insight!

According to my research, you will need roughly 48" of distance between the front crossbar and rear hatch on your 2017 Mazda CX-5. The Inno Wedge 660 Rooftop Cargo Box - 11 cu ft - Gloss Black # INBRM660BK requires at least 49" so this would not be a good fit if you want to open the rear hatch with this installed. You could instead go with the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Roof Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Black Carbonite # Y95AV which requires at least 47" of hatch clearance which you should have. This will fit your factory crossbars, so you won't have any fitment issues. I attached a demonstration video for you.
