Which Electric Steps Will Fit My 1995 Winnebago RV?

Question:

I have a 1995 Winnebago and the steps are rusted and I want to change them because I can hear the motor but it will not move in or out. Where do I find the replacement steps and motor

You will want to start by measuring your current steps, or at least measure the mounting location to find out what size steps will fit in that area. You can then match up a set of steps on the link I attached for you. These kits come with everything necessary for installation.

For example, if you have a single powered step that slides out then you will likely be able to use something like Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly - Single - 39 Series - 23-7/8" Wide # LC3724742. This uses a mounting bracket that measures 24-1/4" wide and 12-1/4" deep. The steps measure 5-1/8" tall when folded and 10-3/4" when extended.

If you have two steps that slide out then check out the Replacement Steps, Motor, and Switch for Kwikee RV Electric Steps - 32 Series - 24" Wide # LC3722617 to see if it might fit. The mounting bracket measures 23-3/4" wide and 11-3/8" deep. The steps measure 7-3/4" when folded and 14-1/8" when extended. Keep in mind, if the bolt pattern is not the same then you may need to drill holes and if your current brackets are rusted then you may benefit from getting new brackets welded in place. I attached demonstration videos for you.
