Which RoadActive Suspension Kit Setting for 2018 Ford F-150
Question:
Good day. I have a 2018 F-150 XLT 2 wheel drive with max trailer tow and a V6 Eco-Boost w/Turbo, GVWR=7000 lbs. I am towing a Grand Design 150 Series 273MK fifth wheel GVWR= ~9500 lbs hitch weight ~1325 lbs. I have not yet measured the exact sag when hooked up, but I can state that its more that 2-3 inches, so I am looking at purchasing the RAS94FR for my truck. I have two questions: 1. What is the determining factor in ing the 1mm or 2mm disk 25 or 40. My inclination is to go to the highest setting using the 2mm disk. 2. Is there any return policy option if I install this and take it on a test ride for two weeks and determine it doesnt work for me? Your Return Policy only mentions unused parts.

Everyone I know who has installed a RAS system on their truck like the # RAS94FR went with the highest setting and found that it gave them the best ride quality, support, and handling. I would try that first since we know it works so well for people. From there I would see if you wanted less support but I doubt you would.
If you install it and use it then you would not be able to return it but based on the overwhelming positive feedback we've had on these kits I know you'll be happy.
