Will Sidewinder ST400 Turret Fit SW16K Pin Box

I have a sw16k pin boxwith the wrong turret can I swap out current turret with a new st400 turret?

The SW16K is just the arm of a Sidewinder so if you wanted to fit it to the turret part # ST400 you certainly could.
