Distance from Pin Hole to Back of Shank on Ball Mount # 36078
Question:
Can you please tell me how far the center of the pin hole is from the end of this ball mount from the end of the 1.25inch tube? And if there are any other 1.25inch mounts with a similar that have the pin hole farther from the end of the tube please let me know which one. A distance of 3.25inch would be perfect but I expect to settle for less. Also, the shorter the length from pin hole to ball hole the better. This is for use on a Polaris ATV. The difficult part is on the frame Polaris put the receiver pin hole too close to the end of the receiver tube. So the ball mounts Ive tried stick out way too far and hang at an angle because they had the pin hole too close to the end of the ball mount.

From the center of the hitch pin hole of the Draw Tite ball mount part # 36078 to the end of the shank measure 1-7/8 inches. This is going to be the standard size for this size ball mount.
