The Blue Ox TrackPro item # BLU47FR is a weight distribution hitch and does not have a towing class. It has a 600-800 lbs tongue weight and a max towing capacity of 8,000 lbs. This would require having at the very least a class 3 hitch. I have linked a faq to help explain the different hitch classes. The trailer you are towing should have a loaded tongue weight within that range for the system to work well and offer a safe and comfortable ride.
If you're in need of a transmission cooler for your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado I recommend the Derale Series 8000 item # D13504. This is a 11" Wide x 12" tall x 7/8" deep, transmission cooler that will prolong the life of your transmission and improve its overall performance.
